John Pavelich, M.Eng.
John Pavelich, M. Eng., is a member of the Faculty at the World Institute for Security Enhancement with a Masters degree in Engineering Management. He is a senior security analyst with over 30 years experience in Secure Systems Engineering, Security Architecture Design, Wireless Network Security Analysis, Tactical Signals Intelligence Systems, Certification & Accreditation and Technical Security Countermeasures.
Mr Pavelich has extensive and comprehensive experience as a senior security and intelligence resource with the Department of National Defence of Canada. At DND he has been extensively involved in developing Technical Security Countermeasures standards and implementations of advanced technical techniques for protection of classified information processing systems and facilities. Prior to DND he had over 25 years experience in the federal government and private sectors including being a Senior Manager for Deloitte Information Risk Management practice in Ottawa, a Senior Security Architect at Entrust, and a Program Manager at the Communications Security Establishment.
Mr Pavelich holds a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa, is a graduate of the UK Army Technical Staff College (ASC Div 1) and Le College Militaire Royal de St Jean in Mathematics, Physics and Administration.
