Ronald L. King, B. A.; is a member of the faculty at the World Institute for Security Enhancement. Mr. King is Vice President and co-founder of Momentum-Foundation, Inc., a non-profit foundation providing world-leading engineering research & development as well as a wide range of other aviation and security services. He has extensive experience operating and organizing existing and start up companies, which will contribute significantly to Momentum-Foundation, Inc.’s success.

Mr. King is the founder and is currently the CEO/Managing Partner of Professional Consultants International, LLC a privately owned company involved in the manufacture of Bio-diesel through algae production. He is the President of Worth-It Finance, LLC which provides small loans in the private sector. Mr. King has lived in Central America and coordinated numerous aviation projects throughout the region. He remains tied to the region through work with various agricultural and business activities. Mr. King has been involved with agriculture projects as the owner of an aerial application business, cattle operation and live cattle hedging. His experience working in the private business sector and with academia research institutions and other international groups as well as finance sector make him well suited to significantly contribute to the Foundation management team.

Mr. King has been involved with the Tennessee Ambulatory Surgery Center Association as a Director and Chairman of their Political Action Committee (PAC). He has been directly involved with local, state and national political groups for legislation development and passage.

As a retired US Army LTC, his experiences as: a Commander; Deputy Director, US Army Safety Center for USAR; Deputy Director, US Army Aviation Center for Combat Development for USAR; Special Assistant to Chief of the US Army Reserve; MACOM Aviation Officer, US Army SOUTH; engineering test pilot; instrument examiner; instructor pilot; project manager; and other experiences as a senior staff officer will support the Foundation in its endeavor to support various government and private sector programs for manufacturing or infrastructure building.

Mr. King holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and has flown over 20,000 in over 75 different aircraft both airplanes and helicopters. He has extensive experience operating Agricultural Aircraft to include their operations in Central and South America.

Mr. King earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, from Saint Martin’s College, and is a graduate from numerous military training courses as the U.S. Army Rotary Wing Pilot Qualification Course, 1968; University of Southern California Aeronautical Safety Course, 1972 and U.S.Army Command and General Staff College, 1987.
